90 DAY CLEAR VISION GUARANTEE

We know how important it is for you to feel confident in your new glasses and be able use them to do your daily tasks. That's why we will happily replace your glasses or provide you with a full refund if you change your mind or if you are having trouble seeing out of them. This is only available once per transaction. All you need to do is drop into the boutique where you purchased them to pick a new frame, or email support@optiplex.com.au if you purchased online.

WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our products by offering a one year warranty for all our glasses. This covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur during your ownership. 

For hygiene reasons, the DERMasks cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind, only in cases of demonstrable product fault.

ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGES for Primary School Kids

We understand that sometimes accidents happen in kids. That's why we have a 1 year warranty on frames for accidental breakages for primary school ages children! Just send us a photo of your broken frame and we will send you a new one for free. Lenses and normal wear and tear not included.
