Our Warranty helps you save money on frames if the kids keep breaking them. This can only be purchased at the time of frame selection. See our terms and conditions below.

1. Frame Warranty
The warranty covers accidental breakage of the frame for two (2) years from Patient Today Date.

This warranty applies only to broken or snapped kids' frames and does not cover broken lenses.

The broken frame must be presented at the clinic. The existing lenses will be fitted into a new frame, if possible.
If the original frame is unavailable or discontinued, we will replace the entire pair with lenses of the same prescription as the previous pair.

2. Lens Warranty
Lenses with Crystalux or Blue Light Protect coating are covered by a one (1) year minor scratch warranty.
This does not include deep scratches, dints, impact damage, or general wear and tear.

3. Replacement Limit
Each patient is entitled to one (1) replacement during the warranty period.
The replacement applies only to the specific frame(s) purchased and cannot be exchanged for a different model. If 2 frames are purchased, warranty can be used once on either frame.
Any additional replacements within the warranty period will incur a replacement fee.

4. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)
The warranty does not cover the following:
❌ Lost, stolen, or misplaced frames or lenses.
❌ Intentional damage or misuse.
❌ Frames that have been modified or repaired by a third party.
❌ Lenses that are chipped, cracked, or broken due to impact or misuse.
❌ Damage due to exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or improper cleaning methods.
